The receiving book records an initial delivery, an onward instruction, and a signature. A signature without a movement describes paperwork. A movement without a signature describes a missing crate. We have, on this occasion, both.
Carry the instrument’s number from the supply dispatch to the receiving rows. Ignore other crates, even if their destinations sound more interesting.
